Pilates and Barre
£55 for 6 classes that can be taken over 8 weeks
£10 per class (although a similar attendance commitment to paying a block is requested)
Massage
25 minutes - £20
40 minutes - £30
55 minutes - £40
Anything else?
No need to bring a mat – unless you have one you particularly like to use
Please wear for Pilates and barre something that’s easy to move in.
For barre, grippy socks are recommended, as are layers as you will get hot!
You may like to bring some water for your comfort
